How does hair removal with SHR work?
Most conventional IPL laser hair removal technologies utilize massive amounts of heat to destroy hair follicles and ensure permanent reduction. On the other hand, SHR IPL Lasers fire multiple shots but at lower Joules. This new method gently heats the hair follicles producing a warm tingling sensation - some clients compare it to a warm massage. The technology is utlilised by moving the hand piece over the treated skin which contributes to the overall comfort felt by our customers during their hair reduction treatments.
Is Hair Removal with SHR right for me?
Permanent hair reduction is successful for both men and women, and almost all body areas can be treated. SHR is proven to remove lighter coloured hair, on most skin tones. During your consultation, please ensure that you disclose all medical information to your therapist before starting you treatment.
How often will I need treatments?
Due to the anagen stage of hair growth we do the treatment every 4 weeks apart and for this reason you must have a minimum of 6 treatments. Most clients will need between 6-10 treatments.
When can I expect to see results?
Hair growth is reduced after each treatment. How much is dependant on what stage in hair growth cycle each follicle is in.

Absolutely not

Yes definitely. For example, SHR underarm is $59- per treatment; your treatments are every 4 weeks, so this works out to costing you approximately $15- per week.
